Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pork, shredded
- 250 g fruit (dried fruit)
- 2 onions
- 1 cube of Maggi
- Salt
- Pepper, white
- Bay leaf
- oil
- Apple wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the onion and fry in hot oil along with the meat, salt, and pepper. Add the dried fruit, cut into bite-sized cubes, and fry briefly. Then deglaze with the apple cider. Add the bay leaf and Maggi cubes and simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat. Serve with spaetzle and a green salad.
