Chili with green beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tartar
  • 1 large onion(s), finely diced
  • 1 chili pepper(s), finely diced
  • 500 g beans, green, frozen
  • 5 potatoes (approx. 400 g)
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 pkt. tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Garlic
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the tartar with onion and chili pepper in a little oil or with a splash of mineral water until crumbly. Add vegetable stock and the beans and diced potatoes. Season and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then add the passata and season to taste. Simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes and let it simmer. Done! This stew also makes a great midnight or party soup and tastes great reheated!
