Tomato and zucchini salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 200 g zucchini
  • 150 g mushrooms (whole heads)
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 100 g Gouda in one piece

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and zucchini and slice them thinly. Trim the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Arrange all ingredients in a flaky pattern on a platter. Finely shave the Gouda cheese and sprinkle over the top. Mix the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a marinade. Sprinkle the salad with freshly ground pepper and chopped basil. Finally, drizzle with the marinade.
