Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of pork schnitzel
  • 3 bell peppers, red, green, yellow
  • 1 pkt. rice, in a bag
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Paprika powder and chili powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the meat into very small cubes and season well with salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika. Finely chop the onion and sizzle in oil. Brown the meat in it. Dice the bell pepper and tomato and add to the meat. Add the uncooked rice to the pot, fill about halfway with water, and cook uncovered for about 20 minutes. If the rice is still hard, simply add a little more water and cook again. Season to taste with spiced ketchup and the remaining spices.
