Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 500 ml tomato ketchup
  • 500 ml Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 1 jar of shallots
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 packs of sauce powder for hunter’s sauce
  • some cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Brown the minced meat, add the onions and leek rings, and fry. Add the ketchup, paprika sauce, shallots, and water. Stir the sauce powder into the boiling soup. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with paprika.
