Ingredients for 4 servings:

- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 leeks
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 600 ml vegetable stock
- 20 g Parmesan
- 40 g butter
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Low-fat
Peel and dice the onion. Brown it with the minced meat in a large pot. Meanwhile, wash the leeks, slice them into rings, and add them to the minced meat. Pour the coconut milk and vegetable stock over everything. Add the Parmesan cheese and butter. Season with salt and pepper and let everything simmer briefly… done.
