China Pan with Mince
The perfect china pan with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Chinese egg noodles
- 1 Tl Oil
- 400 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 Pc. Carrots
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 2 Garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Red peppers
- 1 glass Soybean sprouts
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 El Soy sauce
- 2 Tl Chinese spice
- Salt pepper
- Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the carrots and peppers into strips. Cut the spring onions into rings and chop the garlic. Drain the seedlings.
- Fry the mince with oil in a wok for 5 minutes. Add the carrots and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Add spring onions, peppers and seedlings and sauté briefly. Now season and add the vegetable stock, season to taste and serve with the noodles.
