Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 1 glass Soybean sprouts
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Chinese spice
  • Salt pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the carrots and peppers into strips. Cut the spring onions into rings and chop the garlic. Drain the seedlings.
  • Fry the mince with oil in a wok for 5 minutes. Add the carrots and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Add spring onions, peppers and seedlings and sauté briefly. Now season and add the vegetable stock, season to taste and serve with the noodles.
