China Pan with Mince

The perfect china pan with mince recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 Tl Oil
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 Pc. Carrots
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 2 Red peppers
  • 1 glass Soybean sprouts
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 El Soy sauce
  • 2 Tl Chinese spice
  • Salt pepper
  1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the carrots and peppers into strips. Cut the spring onions into rings and chop the garlic. Drain the seedlings.
  2. Fry the mince with oil in a wok for 5 minutes. Add the carrots and garlic and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add spring onions, peppers and seedlings and sauté briefly. Now season and add the vegetable stock, season to taste and serve with the noodles.
