  • 300 g Wheat flour 1050
  • 300 g Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sourdough extract
  • 1 tbsp Malt coffee dry
  • 100 g Roasted sunflower seeds
  • 30 g Toasted sesame seeds
  • 30 g Linseed
  • 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
  • 500 ml Buttermilk lukewarm
  • 100 ml Water
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 cube Yeast

Instructions

  • Mason jars: 3 of 750 ml and 2 of 500 ml
  • Preparation: Put the jelly rubber in cold water. Grease the mason jars. Roast the grains in a pan without fat.
  • Mix all dry ingredients with the warm grains in a bowl. Dissolve the yeast with the honey in the water and warm the buttermilk to hand warmth.
  • Add the yeast water and buttermilk to the other ingredients in the bowl and knead into a smooth dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little flour.
  • Let the dough rise for 35 minutes. After going, knead it vigorously and divide it into pieces so that each glass is only half full. Roll each piece of dough in sunflower seeds and place in the glasses.
  • Fit the lids with rubbers and fasten them to the glass with clips. Let rise for 20 minutes, meanwhile preheat the oven to 150 °. Put the jars with rubber and lids in the oven and bake for 60 minutes.
  • The bread can easily be kept in a cool place for 3 months.
  • Also recommended as loose bread.
