Meat with Green Beans

The perfect meat with green beans recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Lamb
  • 500 g Green beans
  • 3 size Diced onions
  • 3 size Chopped garlic
  • 3 size Chopped ginger
  • 3 size Mashed tomatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper
  • 2 Tl Paprika powder
  • 2 Tl Ground coriander
  • Chili powder
  1. Brown the onions. In the meantime, cut the meat into small pieces and wash it. Add garlic and ginger and sauté briefly. Add the meat and fry until the water (from the meat) has boiled away. Then fry until the meat is browned. Add tomatoes with the spices. Wash and chop the beans and add to the meat. Fry everything well. Then add 1-2 glasses of water and cook for 40 minutes. Serve the sauce with rice or chapati (recipe in my KB).
