Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 leaves of Chinese cabbage
- 4 carrots
- salt and pepper
- 1 shot of balsamic vinegar, white
- some olive oil, or lemon oil
- 1 dashes lime juice, or lemon
- a little honey, or 3 drops of Stevia

Great, refreshing summer salad, quick and simple!
After washing the Chinese cabbage, simply slice it into thin strips, grate the carrots or chop them in a food processor. Then mix these two ingredients together. The dressing is very simple and straightforward. Simply mix white balsamic vinegar with a little olive oil, salt, pepper to taste, and a dash of lime or lemon juice, depending on what you have, and season to taste. To prevent it from becoming too sour, I add a little honey at the end and mix it briefly. I’ve also tried it with stevia. You just have to be careful with the dosage. With stevia, only use about 3 drops. A really lovely summer salad! Goes great with grilled meat, but also with fish, etc. It’s also delicious with lemon oil.
