  • 1 papaya
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • Sugar or sweetener, as desired

Halve the papaya, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh from the skin. Squeeze the lime. Blend the papaya, lime juice, orange juice, and quark thoroughly. Sweeten with sugar or sweetener to taste. The shake is very refreshing, low in calories (if made without sugar), and high in protein (low-fat quark has about 12% protein), making it a good and affordable alternative to expensive protein shakes, especially since it comes with vitamins!
