Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 6 potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 400 g minced meat, half + half
- 4 eggs
- Thyme, fresh
- some salt and pepper
- cheese, grated
- 300 g mushrooms
- nutmeg
- broth
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely chop the Chinese cabbage and briefly simmer in boiling broth. Slice the mushrooms. Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel, and slice. Fry the minced meat with the onion until crumbly. Place the sliced potatoes in a greased casserole dish. Mix the Chinese cabbage, mushrooms, minced meat, and fresh thyme. Spread the mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the beaten eggs and seasoning over the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes.
