- 1 piece Chinese cabbage fresh
- 200 g Veggie chops e.g. made from tofu or seitan
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Grated ginger
- 1 tsp Curry
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Finely chopped coriander
- Pepper
- Salt

- Cut the cabbage into fine strips, prepare the veggie slices

- Heat the sesame oil in the wok, fry the Chinese cabbage strips, add the veggie chops and fry in the same way, add ginger, soy sauce, coriander and curry, season with salt, pepper and curry
