Chinese cabbage – orange salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 3 oranges
  • 12 dates
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp oil (almond oil)
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the oranges. Pit the dates. Cut them into thin strips along with the cleaned Chinese cabbage. Make a marinade from lemon juice, almond oil, sunflower oil, honey, herb salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and mix thoroughly.
