Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 grapefruit(s)
- 1 grapefruit(s), the juice
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- some pepper
- 1 pinch of caraway seeds
- ¼ Chinese cabbage
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel and segment the grapefruit. For the marinade, combine the ingredients in a cup. Trim the Chinese cabbage, remove the stem, and cut into strips. Mix with the marinade and garnish with the grapefruit segments.
