Chinese cabbage salad with peanuts and chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 Chinese cabbage
  • 500 g grapes, seedless
  • 1 can peanuts, roasted and salted
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly paprika powder
  • possibly chicken seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, cut into small pieces, and season to taste. Then fry the pieces in a nonstick pan until the meat is cooked through. While the chicken breast is cooling, wash the Chinese cabbage and grapes. Halve the grapes. Spin the cabbage, cut into thin strips about 1 cm long, and place them in a salad bowl with the grapes. Add the peanuts and mayonnaise, and finally, the cooled meat. Use salt sparingly, as the peanuts are already salted.
