Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and easy

Dice the onion and fry with the minced meat until crumbly, then deglaze with the vegetable stock. Add the pasta, tomatoes, corn, processed cheese, and Cremefine and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally and cook until the pasta reaches the desired consistency, adding a little more water if necessary and seasoning to taste. Finally, stir in the peas and carrots and let them warm in the sauce. If you have time and want to use fresh vegetables, add the peas and carrots with the pasta. Blanch fresh tomatoes and peel them before dicing them; otherwise, you’ll end up with loose pieces of skin everywhere.
