Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g Chinese cabbage
- 1 onion(s)
- 40 g butter
- 500 ml broth
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 100 g potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 100 g ham (cooked ham)
- 3 tbsp chives
- nutmeg

Cheap, tasty main course
Clean and slice the Chinese cabbage, dice the onion, and sauté it with the Chinese cabbage in butter for 5 minutes. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the cream cheese and grate the potatoes into the soup. Cook thoroughly. Season to taste, slice the cooked ham, and add it to the soup. Garnish with fresh chives.
