Cornflakes – chocolate piles

Ingredients for 35 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk, crumbled
  • 100 g chocolate, dark e.g. Crémant, crumbled
  • 100 g butter
  • ½ pack of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g cornflakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Place the chocolate, butter, and vanilla sugar in a bowl, melt over a warm water bath, and let cool slightly. Add the cornflakes to the melted chocolate mixture and mix well. Shape: Cover a board or baking sheet with tin foil. Place the mixture on the board with two teaspoons to form small balls and let it set in the cold. Store in a tightly sealed container in a cool place.
