Dressing:
- 5 sheet Chinese cabbage fresh
- 150 ml Soy yogurt
- Soy milk
- Pumpkin seed oil
- 1 bunch Chives fresh
- Salt
Instructions
- Cut the rocket and Chinese cabbage into strips.
- Dilute soy yogurt with a little soy milk. Cut the chives into fine rolls, add pumpkin seed oil and season with salt.
