Ingredients
 

Dressing:

  • 5 sheet Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 150 ml Soy yogurt
  • Soy milk
  • Pumpkin seed oil
  • 1 bunch Chives fresh
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • Cut the rocket and Chinese cabbage into strips.
  • Dilute soy yogurt with a little soy milk. Cut the chives into fine rolls, add pumpkin seed oil and season with salt.
