Chinese cabbage with potatoes, bacon and sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ Chinese cabbage
  • 2 potatoes
  • 150 g bacon, lean, diced
  • Garlic
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Margarine or oil
  • Sour Cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Chop the Chinese cabbage and place it in a bowl. Cut the potatoes into small cubes and simmer in salted water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the margarine in a pan and briefly fry the bacon cubes, adding garlic to taste. Then add the Chinese cabbage. Drain the potatoes and fold them into the cabbage. Turn off the heat and let the cabbage simmer for a good 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with sour cream.
