Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g glass noodles
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- ½ Chinese cabbage
- 1 bag of seasoning mix for salad, (salad seasoning)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
- 1 tbsp germ oil

Cook the glass noodles according to the package instructions and let cool. Peel and wash the carrots and cut into thin strips. Trim the spring onions and slice into rings. Wash the Chinese cabbage and slice into thin strips. Mix the noodles and vegetables in a bowl. Mix the salad dressing with soy sauce, Chinese seasoning, oil, and 2 tablespoons of water and pour over the salad.
