Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g minced meat
- 4 bell peppers, preferably red or yellow
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper
- oil

Mom’s way
First, fry the minced meat in a little oil in a pan. Peel and dice the bell peppers. Add the diced bell peppers to the fried minced meat. Let them cook in the pan for a while to soften. Now add the tomato ketchup. Use 1/2 bottle to 1 bottle, depending on your taste. Add a little water to the pan, too, to taste. If you prefer it thicker, add less; if you prefer it thinner, add a bit more water. Season to taste with salt and pepper. I recommend serving it with rice.
