Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Cooked Mie noodles from yesterday
  • 2 Eggs
  • 10 g Carrot pieces
  • 50 g Peas 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Chicken broth instant
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill

Instructions
 

  • Beat the eggs and whisk them roughly. Heat the oil (1 tbsp) in a pan, fry the egg mixture in it, tear it apart and remove it from the pan. Pour oil (1 tbsp) into the pan and stir-fry the pasta with the carrot pieces and peas in it. Season with chicken broth (1 teaspoon instant) and coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and keep warm on the lowest heat until serving
