Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and marinate in sesame oil and soy sauce for one hour or longer. Add some chili flakes to taste. Chop the bell pepper, carrots, and leek. Sear the meat, reserving the remaining marinade; do not fry it. Remove the meat from the pan. Pour boiling water and the remaining marinade over the noodles and let them simmer until cooked through. Drain the water. Sauté the carrots. One minute later, add the remaining vegetables and saute until crispy. Add the meat and noodles and continue to saute for 2-5 minutes, stirring regularly. Season the dish with soy sauce and sriracha to taste. Alternatively, cook about 270g of rice with a little soy sauce and sesame oil and let it cool. Stir in 3 beaten eggs and use the rice instead of the noodles. This dish contains approximately 468 kcal per serving.
