Chinese Noodles with Chicken + Vegetables

- 2 Chicken breast fillets
- 200 g Chinese noodles
- 1 Carrot
- 0,5 Broccoli
- 1 Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 Diced onion
- 1 tbsp Strength
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 100 ml Chicken broth
- Soy sauce light
- Salt pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chinese spice mix
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mix with the starch. Peel and roughly grate the carrot. Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and set aside.
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken cubes, remove them, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Fry the onion and garlic cubes in the remaining frying fat, then add the vegetables and brown them, deglaze with the chicken stock and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Now add the noodles and the meat again, season with soy sauce and the spice mixture and serve.
