Pasta – Salad with Tuna and Melon

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Honeydew melon
  • 2 Drained canned tuna
  • 200 g Macaroni
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 5 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped basil
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Boil the short macaroni in salted water, season to taste and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil so that they don't stick together. Halve and core the honeydew melon and cut the pulp into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into thin slices.
  • Mix the diced melon, onion, basil and parsley with the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Chop the tuna into pieces and stir in. Mix in the garlic, the remaining oil and lemon juice.
  • Let the salad soak in the fridge for at least 1 hour and season again with salt and pepper if necessary.
