Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of noodles (instant noodles), approx. 50 g
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 150 g carrot(s), grated
  • 170 g mung bean sprouts
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice(s) (Asian spice)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the instant noodles according to the package instructions and fry them in a pan with the soy sauce. Add the carrots and mung bean sprouts, then mix with the egg and fry. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and Asian spices.
