Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tbsp spice mix (Chinese spice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of spring onions (5-6 stalks)
  • 200 g ham, cooked

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti in salted water and then let it cool. In the meantime, cut the ham into small pieces and place it in a large bowl. Then slice the spring onions into rings and add them to the bowl. Then, in a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together. Add the cold spaghetti to the ham and leek. Since the pasta tends to stick, proceed as follows: Gradually drizzle the sauce over the pasta, loosening it with a wooden spoon. Continue this process until the sauce is completely incorporated into the pasta.
