Chinese Tomato Soup with Meatballs

Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Beef meat
  • 1 Small onion about 50 g
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tube of tomato paste 200 g
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 Can Sliced ​​mushrooms 285 g
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Serve soy sauce and sweet soy sauce to further taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onion. Mix / knead beef mince with diced onion and salt, form small meatballs (approx. 1 - 1.5 cm in diameter / approx. 40 pieces). And fry in a wok with oil (2 tbsp). Deglaze / pour in hot water (1 liter), add tomato paste (1 tube) and heat. Stir in cream (1 cup), add mushrooms and chopped tomatoes and season with soy sauce (2 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (2 tbsp), sugar (3 tbsp). Heat briefly and serve.
