Chinese Tomato Soup with Meatballs

  • 250 g Beef meat

  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tube of tomato paste 200 g
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 Can Sliced ​​mushrooms 285 g
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • Serve soy sauce and sweet soy sauce to further taste
  1. Peel and dice the onion. Mix / knead beef mince with diced onion and salt, form small meatballs (approx. 1 – 1.5 cm in diameter / approx. 40 pieces). And fry in a wok with oil (2 tbsp).
