Cooking: Köfte with Vegetables
The perfect cooking: köfte with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the Köfte
- 500 g Fresh minced beef
- 1 Bun old

- 1 Fresh onion
- 500 g Chilli, green, mild or hot

- Soak the rolls (or 2 slices of toast) in water. Peel the onion and chop or chop it.
- Mix the minced meat, squeezed bread roll, onion and egg and season. Shape approx. 20 long meatballs out of it.
- Heat some oil in a pan and fry the Köfte in it on all sides.
- Then place on a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven at approx. 100 ° C.
- Wash the eggplant and tomato and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into slices. Wash the chilli / pointed peppers as well.
- Heat the oil in the pan again. First fry the aubergine slices in it, then fry the tomato slices and then the onion slices until lightly translucent. Stack these vegetables on top of the köfte or place them in between (as desired). Put the baking sheet back in the stove.
- Finally, fry the chilli / pointed peppers in the oil, they should be slightly brown. Then place these on and around the köfte and the other vegetables.
- Set the oven to 200 ° C and leave it in for about 10 minutes. Then distribute on plates and serve. We always have flatbread with it.
