Tomato Soup with Meatballs and Butter Vegetables
The perfect tomato soup with meatballs and butter vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 packet Butter vegetables frozen
- 4 Pc. Friesche bratwurst coarse / pork bratwurst coarse
- 1 Can Peeled canned tomatoes
- 1 packet Tomatoes happens to TP
- 0,5 l Vegetable broth
- Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- Fresh horse marin
- Put buttery vegetables in a saucepan and let the butter melt. Cut the sausages into approx. 2 cm pieces, add to the buttered vegetables and fry lightly.
- Mash the peeled tomatoes with a fork and add to the saucepan with the tomato sauce and vegetable stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season the soup with sugar, salt and spices and serve with a little rosemary.
- Can add some pasta from the day before and serve with 1 teaspoon basil pesto.
