Tomato Soup with Meatballs and Butter Vegetables

The perfect tomato soup with meatballs and butter vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 packet Butter vegetables frozen
  • 4 Pc. Friesche bratwurst coarse / pork bratwurst coarse
  • 1 Can Peeled canned tomatoes
  • 1 packet Tomatoes happens to TP
  • 0,5 l Vegetable broth
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Fresh horse marin
  1. Put buttery vegetables in a saucepan and let the butter melt. Cut the sausages into approx. 2 cm pieces, add to the buttered vegetables and fry lightly.
  2. Mash the peeled tomatoes with a fork and add to the saucepan with the tomato sauce and vegetable stock and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Season the soup with sugar, salt and spices and serve with a little rosemary.
  4. Can add some pasta from the day before and serve with 1 teaspoon basil pesto.
