Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 turkey schnitzels
  • 1 can/n mushrooms
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 can/n beans (mung beans)
  • 1 can/n bean sprouts
  • Ginger, ground
  • 5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pack of gravy
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • 1 Pepper, dried
  • oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Wine
  • Sauce thickener

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Marinade: Cut the turkey into cubes. Marinate in oil, gravy thickener, ginger, salt, pepper, and garlic, and refrigerate for one hour. Preparation: Sauté the mushrooms in pepper and oil. Wash the leeks and bell peppers and cut into strips. Add to the mushrooms and sauté until crispy. After a few minutes, add the meat, bean sprouts, and mung beans. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Deglaze with wine and soy sauce, adding water to the consistency. Simmer for about half an hour. Then add the gravy and a little sour cream. Noodles, rice, or white bread go very well with it.
