Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 grilled chicken or 4-5 chicken legs
- 2 tbsp mango chutney
- Salt and pepper, possibly curry
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 can pineapple, medium size
- 1 can of medium-sized asparagus
- 1 can of medium mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- 2 tbsp Miracle Whip
- Cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Tear or cut the grilled chicken into small pieces, add the mango chutney, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, pepper, Miracle Wip, orange, pineapple, asparagus, mushrooms, and finely chopped spring onions. Season with salt, if desired. If desired, you can also slice a banana and season the salad with curry. Gently mix everything together and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
