Mocha – Chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g chocolate, mocha flavor
  • 500 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp coffee powder (cappuccino powder)
  • 150 ml sweet cream
  • 8 cl Baileys Irish Cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop 180g of mocha chocolate. Bring 400ml of milk to a boil. Stir the cocoa, sugar, and cappuccino powder with the remaining 100ml of milk until smooth. Add to the boiling milk. Remove from the heat and dissolve the chopped chocolate. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Pour 2cl of Baileys into each cup, top with cocoa, and spread the cream on top. Garnish with the remaining shaved mocha chocolate and cinnamon.
