Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 chili peppers, from the can (chipotle chili in adobo sauce)
  • 1 organic lemon(s)
  • 1 dashes fish sauce
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

First, grate the lemon zest, then juice the lemon. Finely chop the chipotle chilies. Add the zest and juice to the sour cream. Mix all ingredients well and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Perfect with BBQ and tacos.
