Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour, type 405
- 80 g cheese (Gouda)
- 100g chips
- 250 g natural yogurt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 60 ml oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 160°C (fan/convection oven). Coarsely grate Gouda cheese. Crumble the chips and mix them in a bowl with the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, and paprika. In another bowl, beat the eggs, oil, and yogurt until frothy and fold in the flour mixture. Pour the batter into baking cups, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let rest briefly and serve warm.
