  • 250 g sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bunch chives, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Spicy curd and sour cream spread from Upper Austria

Finely chop the chives and onion. Mix the curd cheese and sour cream with the onion and chives until creamy. Season with salt and pepper and a pinch of paprika, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for several hours.
