Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 70 g chives
- 50 g Parmesan
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 140 g sunflower oil
- Sunflower oil, for pouring over
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without fat until they reach a light brown color. Let cool. Finely chop the chives, mince the Parmesan cheese, and the garlic clove. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand blender or Thermomix until smooth. Transfer to a clean jar and pour sunflower oil over the seeds until the surface is coated.
