Choco Cookies
The perfect choco cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 140 g Butter
- 120 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 180 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
- 80 g Milk chocolate, chopped
- 80 g Dark chocolate, chopped
- Mix the butter with the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Now add the egg and mix everything thoroughly.
- Now mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the buttercream.
- Now add the chopped chocolate (both types) and mix thoroughly. Knead everything into a soft dough. Cover and let rest for 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees) and line 2 baking sheets with baking paper.
- Shape the walnut dough into large balls and distribute them on the trays with a little space between them.
- Now bake the cookies for 12 minutes and leave to cool on a wire rack.
