Salmon Fillet on Pasta with Tomatoes and Pesto
The perfect salmon fillet on pasta with tomatoes and pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the pesto
- Juice of one lemon
- Salt pepper
- 400 gr Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 El Olive oil
- 8 Lasagne sheets
- 1 pot Basil
- Pine nuts
- 2 Toes Garlic fresh
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt pepper
- Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Put all the ingredients for the pesto in a bowl and use it to make a pesto.
- Layer the tomato slices in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and brush with a little pesto.
- Spread the garlic on top.
- Put the salmon fillet on the tomatoes and brush with the remaining pesto.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- Cook the lasagne sheets in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
- Arrange the salmon and tomatoes on top.
