Salmon Fillet on Pasta with Tomatoes and Pesto

The perfect salmon fillet on pasta with tomatoes and pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the pesto

  • Juice of one lemon
  • Salt pepper
  • 400 gr Tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 El Olive oil
  • 8 Lasagne sheets
  • 1 pot Basil
  • Pine nuts
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Wash the salmon fillet, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  1. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  1. Put all the ingredients for the pesto in a bowl and use it to make a pesto.
  1. Layer the tomato slices in a baking dish, season with salt, pepper and brush with a little pesto.
  1. Spread the garlic on top.
  1. Put the salmon fillet on the tomatoes and brush with the remaining pesto.
  1. Drizzle with olive oil.
  1. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  1. Cook the lasagne sheets in salted water until they are firm to the bite.
  1. Arrange the salmon and tomatoes on top.
