Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 125 g margarine
  • 130 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • powdered sugar
  • Cocoa powder
  • Water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix all ingredients. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using 2 tablespoons, place approximately 12 mounds of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool. Cover with a glaze made from powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and hot water.
