Chocolate Apricot Cake

The perfect chocolate apricot cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 125 ml Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 80 g Stevia sugar
  • 15 g Cocoa
  • 125 g Spelled flour
  • 1 Pr Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Tartar baking powder
  • 75 g Soft apricots
  • 1 teaspoon Rum – only if you like it!
  • Butter for the mold
