Chocolate Apricot Cake

- 200 g Sour cream
- 125 ml Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 80 g Stevia sugar
- 15 g Cocoa
- 125 g Spelled flour
- 1 Pr Salt
- 2 teaspoon Tartar baking powder
- 75 g Soft apricots
- 1 teaspoon Rum – only if you like it!
- Butter for the mold
