Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 avocados, ripe
  • 1 tsp lime juice, fresh
  • 2 handfuls of cashews
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 50 ml water, approx.
  • 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar, more if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place them in a tall container along with the lime juice. Grind the cashews before blending if your hand blender isn’t powerful enough. Add the cashews, cocoa powder, coconut blossom sugar, and half of the water and blend. Add more water and sugar if needed. Delicious as a dessert or on bread.
