Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g almonds, ground
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 4 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tsp baking cocoa
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
for all meta types, for 12 pieces
Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Mash the bananas with a fork and add all the remaining ingredients. Mix everything into a smooth batter. Spoon into 12 small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and level the surface. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
