for all meta types, for 6 pieces
Preheat the oven to 130°C fan/convection oven. Bring the butter and honey to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Combine the oats, flaxseeds, and chia seeds. For the nut-cranberry mix, use any seeds and nuts you like. Roughly chop them and add them to the oats. Fold everything into the melted honey-butter mixture and mix well. Pour the mixture into a silicone muesli bar mold. Alternatively, line a rectangular baking dish or a deep baking sheet with baking paper and spread the mixture on top. Finally, spread the coconut flakes over the bars or mixture and press down firmly. Dry the muesli bars in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool thoroughly, as the warm bars can break easily! Once the mixture has cooled, remove the finished muesli bars from the mold or cut the baked mixture into bite-sized to-go pieces.
