Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 large banana(s)
  • 1 pack of cream powder (Paradise Cream Chocolate)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 150 g mild yogurt
  • 80 g crème fraîche
  • Muesli (crunchy), chocolate or simple

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with muesli

Peel and slice the banana, then divide it between 4 bowls. Prepare the paradise cream with the milk according to the instructions. Stir in the crème fraîche and yogurt. Spread the prepared cream over the bananas and then top with muesli. I got this recipe from a friend. It’s a hit with us when we have nothing else in the house.
