Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g butter, soft
- 200 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 6 m.-large banana(s), ripe
- 500 g flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 200 g dark chocolate shavings

for 24 muffins
Cream the butter until fluffy, then stir in the sugar, eggs, and mashed bananas. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and stir into the foam along with the chocolate. Pour the batter into muffin tins lined with paper baking cups and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
