Chocolate bananas on a skewer

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 200 g cake icing, dark glaze
  • 200 g cake icing, whole milk icing
  • 100 g white chocolate coating
  • 8 small bananas (mini bananas) or 4 medium-sized

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Separately, combine the glaze and chocolate coating in a small saucepan over low heat in a double boiler or melt in the microwave until smooth. Peel the bananas and place them on wooden skewers. Cover half of the bananas (cut the large ones in half) with dark glaze and the remaining bananas with milk glaze. Transfer the white chocolate coating to a small parchment paper bag and decorate the coated bananas as desired.
