Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 80 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) top/bottom heat. Grease a 26cm springform pan. Beat the eggs with butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Combine the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt, then stir in the beaten ingredients and cocoa powder. Pour into the prepared springform pan, smooth the surface, and place the pan on the lowest rack in the oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes. Test with a skewer for doneness.
